Introducing Noterro, as of May 1st, 2023 

Some friendly housekeeping notes - to better serve you, we are switching our booking software from ClinicSense to Noterro.

The new booking portal via Noterro also gives you the options to view and manage your booked appointments yourself. There is also the option to add yourself to our waitlist with ease! New features to be added in the coming months - Stay tuned. 

If you are trying to book yourself in online, you will notice some changes - but the process is still very simple.

To book, you will visit: 
soarfreewellness.noterro.com

You will create an account:
username: {your email address}
password: {password}

If we usually rebook you in-person at the clinic, we can generate your patient file together for upcoming appointments in May 2023 onwards. From this first booking confirmation email, you will receive an invitation to register your username and password, along with some other basic information required for the initial registration process. If you know your name and birthdate among other things, piece of cake! 

Access to the ClinicSense portal will be blocked as of May 1st, 2023. Links to booking online throughout our website will be changed to the Noterro website above - feel free to look around!

The remainder of April bookings have been mostly filled, with a few spots left. However, access to online booking has been temporarily paused for the rest of April, to avoid any further overlapping during the transition. If you need to book in or make changes to appointments, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you. Bookings for May 1st, 2023 onward will now be available via the Noterro portal - which is now live.

If you already have your appointments pre-booked for the rest of April 2023 and onward, you need not worry - you will still receive your reminders for them.

As we are in the process of transitioning software, you may receive reminders/notifications from both ClinicSense and Noterro - we apologize in advance for any possible duplications. Note that from May 1st, 2023 onward, you will begin receiving your reminders and any other clinic-generated correspondence from Noterro.

If you require any massage receipts or records from January - April 2023, please contact us and we will send them to you.
